... it was numb and dull. If you're saying the Gen 3 was even more like that then I definitely won't want one Geb3 poor build quality and beyond numb, being able to make a 200bhp + superbike boring is quite an achievement by ze Germans

... this the same as Slick mode on the Gen 2 S1000RR? If so, on the race track at least it's bloody excellent. I didn't see it flick on once despite being pinned on a few corner exits, the bike just squatted and pissed off down the tarmac I prefered my Gen 2 to the 3 it had a soul
