Re: H2R Brands Hatch lap
... and although chrono days came about to prevent that, people don't like being told they're too slow for that group - very often with expensive bikes and kit as well. I hung on in novice and Inters for too long, once I made the decision to try the Fast group I didn't look back. I did put myself ...

The oem Shock is typically a cheap unit, (unless you've bought a special model), plus it's set ...

Re: Technical Question - Suspension
Typically the rear suspension is the weak link on Japanese bikes. I'd be surprised if a fork/shock refresh made any noticeable difference without changing the springs as the oil is still pretty new and probably not had a great deal of hard use. Next time ...

Re: Yamaha R1-M with SC Project exhaust

I'm sure most of us have done the top speed thing in cars and bikes but you don't film it unless it's legal frankly. Plus it's not the driver, it's the people around you who can't see you coming that are the problem. I think other road users have a right ...

I'm in two minds about all of this technology we're seeing on bikes. I can understand the reasons for it but I wonder if too many people are simply leaning on the safety features and creating a false sense of security. With you 100%....like having the ...

Great kit but for £800 I'll continue using my wrist
Tbh after riding bikes and manually blipping on downshifts for as long as I can remember I think I may find the switch yo not blipping difficult to make.

Re: Project ZX6R
Aside from not having the time in the winter to clean it, the jacket I ride in gets covered in road grime so that transfers off the jacket onto the tank pad. I've used venture shield on other parts of bikes with good results but it's not up to the job on the tank for the riding I do.

The last time we were on the same bikes riding the same piece of tarmac this happened.
But by all means tell me I should be doing two corners you don't know using tyres you've never ridden at a much faster speed in the dry.
