No i can't say that with certainty but i think its pretty certain that without a free press this would never have been out in the open. Just got back from the Stafford Half Marathon and really pleased to say I managed it in 1hr 56 mins, a whopping 16 minutes faster than last year.

To say I am delighted would be an understatement.

If it wasn't for journalists, the truth about Jimmy Saville (and all those who turned a blind eye or worse still indulged him) would never have come out.

If he committed an offence 40-50 years ago and its still a crime now and there is sufficient evidence to convict, then its right he should be punished for it.

My concern in all this is how many of these crimes were maybe reported to the police at the time and no one did anything about it?

All the mods done to date have been to make the bike better to ride or necessary for sweet running...that massive first service, suspension front and rear, new chain and sprockets, tyres, Brembo RCS m/c, new brake pads. I bought a few titanium bolts over the winter, and the carbon swingarm protector...
