This morning I had a bowl of Crunchy nut and a couple of pieces of toast with chocolate spread!

chicken and salad in pitta bread.

A Cajun chicken burger washed down with a pint of pale ale.

Fajitas last night in our house, roast chicken for lunch later on.

I had a roast dinner last night.

Chinese last night, crispy duck starter, chicken soup, king prawns, beef in black bean sauce Ave aromatic duck.

Then a few pints before bed.

Sausage and beef tomato sarnie and a coffee in my free sports direct gargantuan mug. All brewed out for the day now.
