Re: Something totally different...

... see you're happy to be posting again. Your mutt looks lovely. That's a decent growth from him. That photo of Ozzy and your daughter is a keeper. A great snap for the family album. My wife isn't a dog person. She doesn't understand what it means for me to have a dog in the house. It turns it into ...

I think it does emit a signal, but not one that can be picked up from a great distance. More like a locator beacon for when you're searching the crash site, not something that'll show up on satellites or anything. Of course, I could be totally wrong, but that's my understanding.

Sounds like a great idea, but I can't do this year with the wedding etc. Would love a Scotland one too. I really enjoy Isle of Mann, but exploring other places would be good.

It sounds a great idea. I would be in like a shot if I weren't off to Qatar for 4 months at the end of August. Maybe next year.

Good to see everyone again and great to be back out on dry sunny roads again. Here's to hoping this is the start of a long and good season.

I've tweeted the same thing. He was in it for the politics and for the benefit of others, not for the publicity and money. He was a political great. I didn't agree with his policies but he was a fine man who stood for what he believed in.

His comments about Tony Blair were priceless.
