The kangaroo comments made me realize that I need to thaw some venison tenderloin. I have a half marathon this weekend and always reward myself with beer and steak afterward... Nom nom nom

Ostrich is nice enough. Not a very strong flavour to it. It's very high in protein and low in fat which makes it popular with fitness freaks and bodybuilders.

Had nothing to eat since breakfast apart from a flap Jack and about 20 cappuccino's so I'm gonna make up for tonight at the Indian.

Had steak and onion in gravy with cheddar mash last night, busy day today so a giant bowl of porridge is the must.
