... it will just make the problem worse. Like has been said you can never eradicate it entirely as there is always someone with either a grudge or who feels totally alienated to the society they live in but it has to be worth a try.

They way the boots are made to ensure they stay waterproof means that the whole boot needs to be deconstructed and then the zip will be replaced. Anyone who does that sort of work will charge a small fortune and won't guarantee that it'll be waterproof after ...

No, the second guy who was due to come round got an overseas contract for 8 weeks so he's not about.
