Re: Aprilia Rs250

Your doing such a top draw project it has to be right and you have to be happy even if that sometimes means one step backwards to take two steps forwards.

It will be worth it in the end 8)

If you're ever in Brum I'll take you to Dad's Lane. Best fish and chips going. You get a proper sized piece of cod as well ;)

And the owners daughter is pretty cute

What??? I don't know about you, but I'm not responsible for any of that whatsoever. You take care of your own, and you do so selfishly (in a good way)...you trust someone else to do it, and this is the result....or something like it. If you do charity work, you do it ...

... new gaskets, seals, any specialised tools & the appropriate workshop manual to refer to. However if I was doing it for myself I would actually take a lot longer than one day over it. Perhaps he's just expecting to do a really good job of it.?

Re: poorly kwak

Hmmm, Mike reckons it would take him a day and a half to swap the gearboxs and do the engine swap. That seems a lot to me.

By the time I've bought the engine, had it shipped to Mike and had the work done it's getting close to £2k.

Time to cut my losses I reckon.

Those spiralizer things are great...just be careful when you cook the stuff you 'spiralize'......they take just a few moments in the pan or else they become fuct.
