Wow....everyone has high blood pressure it seems?? I pretty much cut coffee out over a year ago - I'll take a cup if I go out for breakfast, but that's about it, and two cups is always my limit....cut down on the cigs, and obviously the alcohol....it's gotten better, but still not where it should be...

I don't know...some Mexican dish wor lass knocked up....not quite sure what it was, except it was vegetarian....cauliflower, carrots, etc. in some cheese sauce...was very nice.

My Spanish is improving.

I understand it reasonably well, and it's not unknown for me to read a Spanish-language newspaper....but my pronunciation is dreadful...I can't roll my 'r's to save my life.
