Re: The future for trucks

They use electric trucks around Port-Of-LA/Port-Of-Long Beach as "hook-ups" in the yards....battery starts going dead & they just stick in on charge & jump into another one.

Re: What ails you today?

I finally seem to be getting somewhere with my shoulder. After a years worth of pain and a hell of a lot of pain killers I am now down to one or two a day.

It's amazing what can happen with the right physio working on you.

Biking stuff - your moments

... with my tankslap mates. Flying past a police car as he pulled over to give me room is a memory that'll stay with me for a long time. One of the years losing a mate in the fog over the mountain. He was not a happy chap. Touring France with good mates. A whole host of days out, nights out, breakfasts ...

Ok. He's a few years behind the other players so he lacks their skill. But he's a grafter and prepared to learn.

Julian Ryder Retiring

Sad news (certainly i feel so) as i love the banter and commentary he has provided over the years. He's announced this is his last GP.

My hope is Toby Moody comes back to it as those two were great.

MotoGp will not be the same. I hope his retirement is a long and pleasant one.

Re: Stupid people showing off

All the dosh, none of the brains, the GT-R bit made me laugh, I’ve seen a white Skyline disappear off a road through sheer dumbassery in Jamaica one night on a holiday years ago, our driver didn’t even lift off, just laughed at the twats.

You can't knock the quality of Kriega products , my R3 has seen lots of use , alot of off road use too and it still scrubs up like new. If I get 11 years out of the R20 I'll be well happy.
