... with my mate with his new bike, took scenic route back! Ordered my new lid and also been to Thorpe Park and bought an Annual pass! Decided this year we won't go away aboard but instead this year visit as many of the parks as possible lol!!

Google T3R M2-11 which is the race bike and Spirit GP Sport R which is 750 triple road bike version.

The race bike has dispensation to race in this year's British Supereport with Alistair Seeley riding it.

... chance for me to work on my grip in the deadlift and try and stay away from the straps, which may have contributed to the tendonitis I got last year. (Too much weight, not enough warm-up, always using straps.) tl:dr Went to the gym, felt good to be back. Am aching today.

Yep think you are right there, Blade. Those pads cost me an arm and a leg anyway so best use them all up. They will last this year anyway i suspect. I wondered how thick new pads are. Have a look in your service manual it will give you the new size and the service limit. Normally on ...

Yep think you are right there, Blade.

Those pads cost me an arm and a leg anyway so best use them all up. They will last this year anyway i suspect. I wondered how thick new pads are.

Took it to the garage to get it in for its servicing & MOT and the bits fitted.

Finally.

Tax was due end of last year, so it's cutting things a little fine!
