I'm buying a house that my uncle bought to renovate and sell on. Cheaper to do that than it is to renovate mine to the same standard. Plus with the extra equity Megan and I will be have zero monthly outgoings bar the usual gas/leccy and broadband etc. Maybe a new bike too [emoji106]
