Enjoying a few well earned glass's of wine tonight. Not much else planned for the rest of the weekend. As the flu has gone and I've "only" got a chest infection I really want to go for a run. The bike could do with a proper clean, and a ride (bandit) I do however ...

They're probably rusted so get some WD40 on that.. whilst you're doing brake work you may as well put some anti-freeze in the brake fluid - just in case!

If you're using it in the winter they probably need to be taken apart and everything cleaned up if you haven't already

Might try and service brakes as still making noises. A spray of brake cleaner is apparently not enough.

Day off today long weekend yay

There's a bloke who lives upstairs who washing his car every weekend come rain, snow, ice or wind he's out there cleaning it with a toothbrush! Must admit though it is immaculate!

I'll get a sound clip next weekend. It's nice much louder as the baffling is done in the box under the bike.

Polishing the cans for the SX. might try and fit them this weekend.

Bike and car fettled get in the morning,hairdressers for my daughter in the afternoon then taking her for her 1st ever curry
