Re: The new improved fitness thread
... a little again last week with two 8k runs, which I felt pretty good. Did them in 45 mins so pretty happy with that. I've also bought a decent road bike to do some cycling this summer too, so should be getting fitter I hope to post some decent results here :). I'm also using my phone to record ...

Re: Road-going Honda RCV unveiled
And he pulled away very slowly with miminal revs and it was at a low key event. I'm guessing its still quite a way from being fully production ready.

Re: Road-going Honda RCV unveiled
Its obviously a staged video to promote the bike but surely you want it sounding like the fire-breathing monster it should be? It doesn't even sound much like a V4 to me.

Re: Chain and sprockets

Personally speaking unless you like wasting money and changing chains I would stay with OEM spec abd size of chain and ...

Re: The new improved fitness thread
I've given up my gym membership now.. Totally lost all motivation for going.
I just do running club now, which is usually twice a week but sometimes three. I've coupled that with cycling a bit. Now I've converted my mountain bike into a hybrid it's much easier to cycle distances on the road.

Re: Dainese 1 Piece
Yea definitely wouldn't rush into a suit Blade take your time and like you said think about it. If it's uncomfy or too tight then that's all your think about when your riding and will distract your attentions from the road.

I hear good things about Maxton and they do a lot of stuff for the road racers at the nw200 and TT so must be good on the road.

Well wasn't expecting this!
So today went out with my dad. As soon as I got down my road I realised something wasn't right, it felt very bouncy! I got down the road stopped at a set of traffic lights and asked my dad what have you done?! Thinking he's loosened the rear shock settings ...
