Oh just remebered a good tip. Look at the weight of the tyres you fit. There can be up to a kilogram in difference which obviously cancels out a large proportion of the advantage created by fitting lighter wheels in the first place. Plus the weight of a tyre ...

I was a bit dubious about all these rule changes but if this is the racing it will produce, bring it on!

They have recently upgraded our TV service out here and I was actually able to watch it! Had to get up at 4 am, but the bonus was I had no one to fight over the channel with (clap)

Pity you're way over there Cookie, we are doing similar pace and aiming at similar targets, be perfect training buddies! I'm aiming to finish the City2Surf (14km) in under an hour this year (did 65.27 last year) so thats a 6.50/mile ...
