Blades barby is appealing to my inner carnivore even though I've just eaten dinner....

Discovered bottles of Magners with ring pull bottle tops. Absolutely awesome idea as beats drinking out of a can and very refreshing on a costal work with some tortilla chips at the half way point.

Chinese curry the next door neighbour made yesterday. Reheated for lunch and tasted awesome.

Late rise this morning so will be more like brunch but full English and a fresh coffee at the beach hut

Proper chunks of lamb in a kebab.

Had a caramel theme today .

Slobbed out in a beach hut cafe and enjoyed......

Belgian waffle with a scoop of salted caramel ice cream, a scoop of pistachio ice cream, lashings of caramel sauce and a skinny cappuccino with a shot of caramel syrup

Chicken madras, lime pickle and rice.

Oh and a big fat G&T as a reward for getting through the day I've had without losing it.
