Took the 999 out for a spin this morning, was only out for about 1hr but have decided it’s just too uncomfortable for me too keep. My shoulders ached my wrists ached . When I parked it next to the Aprilia I knew which one I would rather be riding.

Insured the Dorsoduro yesterday, only and extra £20 more the XT660 but over £50 in charges for changing policy etc, robbing gits.

Mine is exactly the same as that one, that’s the only colour they came in for that year, you can get them in black this year I think.

They are absolutely bullet proof apparently, so reliable.

I had one of the 750's as a loaner once while my RSV4 was being sorted out, it was an absolute hoot to ride, I was sad to give it back in the end. This is the 900 which is the only one you can get now I think, they stopped making the 1200 and this one is basically the bored out 750.

If they start shutting sites down it will finish us off after losing a load money to a company going bust on us.
It’s business as usual on all the places we are working at the minute.

Getting one of these delivered on Thursday, 18 plate 3000 miles. I loved the style and seating position of the XT660 but just too underpowered for me, so got something a bit newer with more power.
