Re: Weekend plans

In being evicted tonight as Mrs nutz is having friends round. Such a hard life, having to goto the pub.

Tomorrow, packing up the track bike box, picking up a transit and the track bike.

Sunday, Mallory park (rock).. Hoping the weather forecast gets a bit better.

Re: The new improved fitness thread

I'm new on here and haven't read all of this... I'm a trail runner. Normal weekend run is 14 - 15 hilly miles on the Long Mynd in south Shropshire, I love that place... but have upped it recently, now more like 20+ miles, as I'm doing an ultra - 30 miles - around ...

Re: Weekend plans

Thanks for the support guys. Been a bit of a rough week with the kids. Think the reality has dawned on them and that's it's not just a holiday here. I've been pretty crook with a throat infection that bad I was winching at every spit swallow, and you know how kids sense a weakness. To her credit the...

Re: Yamaha MT-07 Review

... not, it's a bike in its own right, with 160bhp all in the right places I.e. Plenty of torque. Not being funny but I was not even gunning it at the weekend, yes it was progressive in places, but the bike had a little more just waiting whenever I asked for it. As I will say to anyone who will listen ...

Re: Weekend plans

Thanks guys, was trying to keep this under wraps but unfortunately that innocent comment of Rossgo's hit a very raw nerve. Currently on a 'trial seperation', living 10km down the road in a 2 bedroom cabin, not a bad little place actually, nearly brand new and fully furnished. I have the kids nearly...

Re: Weekend plans

So sorry to hear that Kiwi, it felt for a while as if the world I knew had been blown apart and I was standing there amongst the desolation with nobody to turn to. However, time spent with some good mates led to a lot of healing and I met another lass that liked me for the real me - and that's bikes...

Re: Weekend plans

Bikes are part of you mate, if the girl likes you she should accept them as part of what makes you, you. Believe me I found out the hard way not being yourself for a lass isn't sustainable. As long as you aren't being selfish and ignoring her there should be room for it IMO. So true, like Kiwi I fo...
