My advice would be to get rid of it (sorry will get heckled for not supportive) I had a Daytona 600 and I did break the fking bank!! In one year 5 stators and 3 reg/rec and 2 batteries.. !! Your symptoms sounds just as woeful!! From memory there is a tiny drainage pipe or hole in the stator ...

I think the helmet I was using before this year had pin lock visors... and inserts... this one was a cheap, quick buy to replace one I broke... how can I tell if it will take a pin lock visor? Its a Shark Nasty if that helps!

... can get a pin lock. The other thing you could try is cleaning up the inside of the visor with washing up liquid. I'm sure done of the other all year riders will come up with other suggestions.

... the 1000cc bike for a few grand more. I suspect the days of 600cc supersport are numbered and wonder how many will be discontinued this time next year when Euro 4 comes in. The money and research seems to be going into 500--650cc parallel twins with the Japanese now.
