I've struggled with disposable earplugs for a long time as they never seem to fit quite right. However i bought a trial pack on ebay and these 3M ones seem perfect. So good to the point i can rarely hear what is being said to me in the petrol stations. And they are very cheap. Just roll them up tigh...
