They could use it if they wanted to but it would mean them measuring the road and doing a whole load of calculations and a detailed report, even that wouldn't be wholly accurate and any defence barrister would find it easy to attack. It's not worth the time and costs for the police to do that. ...

I don't believe them figures as it takes no account for conditions or tyres or even how hard Rutter feels confident to push after only a few laps on a strange bike.
I read PB every month and great feature but the results are pretty meaningless imo.
