Human Factors continuation training this morning. Yep, as good as it sounds! |-) Still, got the afternoon off so that meant I could go and watch the boy at his school sports day. (And his current teacher and his old teacher running around in their summery sports kit!!! (inlove) ) You need to get pi...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
B&C Express have a selection here. As chains is the mainstay of their business, I don't think they will sell any old shite. http://www.bandcexpress.co.uk/shop/maintenance/maintenance/chain-tools.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Cheers Duke. I've heard good reviews on...

Re: Martini Panigale
Why the 899 over the 1299 Nutz any particular reason ? I feel that I've done the liter sports bike now, and it's just far to easy to get to speeds tugs will really get you into trouble. The next bike for me (which will be a way off) will either be heading back to lower cc sports or more likely a sl...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Cheers Mick. TBH I m happy with splitting a chain as man there are many methods available as Rocket suggests, its more the riveting tool I would be interested in some feedback on as have read alot of bad reviews on riveters snapping or failing in use. If your happy would be good to hear how you get ...

Re: £1300 extra for a paint job and can
My local dealer regularly has bikes paintes up as specials by DM and the finish is always very poor imo. They also use alot of stickers which are badly applied and imo its not an oem quality finish which I would expect. Just my personal opinion and I'm no fan of DM work and yet to see a good job tbh...

Glad to hear the op went well Spudda and your wife is growing stronger day by day which is great to hear.
The op must have been a huge mile stone in the treatment so hopefully things are becoming better all the time now.

So went over to Buxton to pick the bike up today and here it is. When we got it out the van my mates were all making jokes until they saw the bike and there was an eerie silence moment then the piss takes started again. http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s88/rocket-bike/82D94E6A-5EA5-45D8-B6CB-504B...

Re: Road-going Honda RCV unveiled
Maybe, maybe as alot of people are prepared to use their priceless exotica. You only have to go to some classic racing or one of the many goodwood events to see there is plenty of wealthy owners willing to use their priceless kit as the manufacturer intended. Plus you see quite a few Desmosedici's o...

Re: Road-going Honda RCV unveiled
Kwacky is going to love this. The European bike makes 159 bhp in road trim and over 212 bhp with the £8700 sport kit. However US market bikes are restricted to 101 bhp and legal reasons prevent the sale of the sports kit. However it could be worse especially if you live in Japan. The home market ver...
