He may well have bought the bike in good faith , its not hard to source the right paperwork to make it look legit , I can't imagine he'd take it to get an mot if he knew it was dodgy .

Technically impressive but looks just like any other panigale imo , should have put the underseat exhausts on it like shakey ran in bsb the other week
