Haha! Definitely I checked them out just pushing bike but next week I'll pop out on it, got to go to town anyway so ill take some quite roads up there to make sure all is properly well!

I've done bugger all. I started to take the cover off my bike but the heavens opened. Rehoused a couple of spiders, played some Star Wars on the ps4 and generally slobbed out.

Saturday morning take sprog to gymnastics ,afternoon go look at a car I might buy (blade its a honda :D )
Sunday take sprog to swimming lessons then im planning a big heavy weights session to see if i can fook my joints up then lunch at me moms :) (y)

I had t take early retirement as a result of a bad crash on the job bike, and it is how I got involved in the civil side on my retirement as my case was undervalued ...

Gym tonight if my shoulder isn't playing up

Lie in tomorrow - I've not slept very well this week. Then hopefully swap the pads over on the SX and get the ZX6R up and running to take to Perkles in the near future.

Sunday taking the family to the cinema then out for a meal.

... opposite done. I will be playing with the adjusters before and at my first trackday this year. I'll set my sag then start with the front. It'll take a day really but it's not the end of the world :)

Cav, please don't take this the personally as it very definitely not meant to be, but I think you have greatly undervalued your audience in this thread.

Some of these old buggers have been messing up suspension way way way before you got your hands on it.
