Hope it gets sorted for you guys.

Watching the news there is fuel available and being rationed to 20 euro per transaction so enough for a tank fill up on the bike.

I believe you can get an app telling you were fuel is. Might be worth a Google search. Sorry no more info.

Today's gym session reminded me why you don't leave legs until last. The leg press was being used until I was due to finish. I really struggled.

Sports massage afterwards though so it wasn't all bad.

A lot of the wives around here have kicked off about the fact that it's being held on Fathers Day, so 99% of the fathers can't even be with their family! I knew I should have joined the RAF, sounds like the perfect fathers day to me. ...being around men? LOL ...
