Re: Ducati 748 - Road to track/road

Looking forward to seeing the project unfold. Definitely take off the road fairings and put on some track or cheap ones. I would also maybe try and find a cheap scratched petrol tank. They're vulnerable and expensive/hard to replace! Carbon tank protectors didn't save mine. If you're going ...

Ducati 748 - Road to track/road

We hooked up in Cherbourg then rode down to St Maiire Eglise where the locals seemed keen to reenact events from WW2. There was also a service going in with active US service personnel present http://i.imgur.com/YkdfTlel.jpg where we bumped into Cookie and Jane http://i.imgur.com/zHomKIol.jpg ...

Me neither, but I also wouldn't dive at the slightest change of wind and pretend I've been hurt when I'm not.

I also imagine that viewing figures for a team of guys that run out of steam before reaching the halfway line with a 50p for a foot would be minimal!

Re: What the duck have I done to my bike?

The engine seems to be turning freely and I can't see or hear anything else nasty. I also have no idea why it was so sluggish to turn over. I'll re check the battery when it's back together. I'm just checking the valve clearances while I'm in there but I'm hopeful ...

It is worth noting that Norway and Switzerland also contribute towards the EU financially just as the EU members do.

If the UK does intending going it alone, it will have to be on different terms to those Norway and Switzerland agreed with the EU in which case i cannot see the point of leaving.
