There are loads of unmarked police cars on the roads, if they were marked the standard of driving would improve and fewer people would use their phones. Visible policing works.

Sparring tonight. As much as I enjoy it, it always reminds me how unfit I am. Tonight we were in groups of 4, doing one point scoring, so you score a point, you stay in, you lose a point, you drop out. It's so easy to score a point you don't get a rest.

A nutribullet. Ex took the old one and the kids were complaining I didn't make smoothies anymore. It has the advantage I can blend up veges and hid it in their food

Not to the naked eye. They were only dirty if you took them off, put them in the bath and showered them down.
