Re: Sharing money
My wife looks after all the money. It's better that way, I'd just spunk it on women, fast bikes and alcohol.

Re: Saturday 24th May - Buxton/Derbyshire etc
I've put it in the diary but it's Lily's birthday that weekend and supposed to be going to Splash Landings. Not sure if that will be Saturday or Sunday so put me down as a 50/50.

Re: Wheelie Shots
The last time I did an intentional wheelie (showing off at a set of lights in front of a hottie in a open top Merc) the chain came off and locked the back wheel! Hahaha, I bet she was ready for you there and then. Not quite, she actually had to drive around me pushing a bike with a locked back whee...

Up to episode 9 season one of Game of Thrones. Really very good apart from the dubious physics and the Klingons!

Re: Would anyone...
I forgot to mention, I drilled the fairings on my Daytona to fit the R&G ones. I did have a template which made it easier, but it really does come down to that old phrase "if I can do it, anyone can"! Yes, it's nervy when you first go through with the drill and see tiny bits of plasti...

Re: Would anyone...
Not sure I trust my R&Gs, but not tested them in a crash yet.
Had a rear bobbin fall off at stupid speed on a French motorway, which is odd as they are fitted with nylock nuts. Missed Luca's head by a few feet.
And the replacement shaft snapped when I was tightening it up.

Re: Getting Back In The Saddle
The biggest thing I noticed going from riding all year to fair weather riding is the speed my brain can take in information. Or rather can't.
I've gone from commuting in London almost every day to the odd day in summer and the brain definitely isn't as sharp.

Re: Unable to get Fuel Tank back on, help. D600
The little brackets that the aluminium posts sit on may have moved, they are bolted to the frame from underneath. Worth a check, should be about a 5mm gap between the frame and the tank.

When you say nowhere near the hole at the front do you mean up and down or front to back?
