Friday morning tea break normally sees us migrating to the building next door to take advantage of their bacon butty cooking.

It's been cancelled for the next two weeks so somebody brought in a George Foreman grill and a pack of bratwursts.

Costco carrot cake and a brew

chicken and sweetcorn sarnie, cheese and onion crisps and a banana.

The missus bought some lemon French fancies and some lemon vienese whirls. The others day.

They're not lasting...

Half a roast chicken and jacket potato.

12 hour slow cooked roast lamb with all the trimmings followed by a cheese board and accompanied by a couple of pints of pale ale.

Chinese takeaway, we do it very rarely but everyone really fancied it last night, 3 of us demolished £35 worth in about the same in minutes.

And no, I wasn't hungry later on.

Due to being flipping cold and suffering from extreme hunger I went for the full Monty breakfast mid-morning including really good bubble & squeak, that hit the spot!

However it's only a light supper of a few sossies and sauerkraut tonight, along with a pint on the side.
