Curry from a couple days ago when I came in from work too tired to eat, with some peshwari naan bread it very much hit the spot!

Thick cut pork chop with onion chutney on top then cheese on top and melted under the grill. I could have eaten 2 I reckon.

Poached egg ,ham and chips

Marmite on toast. I can feel your jealousy.

Chip shop fish and chips.. Proper Friday food.

Tonight starting a beginners taekwondo class bad timing because my throat feels like ive been eating glass,im still going though to give it a try
Tomorrow take my daughter to kids taekwondo,afternoon maybe take her to the pictures or in the trailer buggy for a bike ride to the park

Roast chicken, jacket spud and salad. Something quick and easy after taekwondo.

I had a big lunch of sausage, egg and chips so think I'll skip dinner tonight.

Some of the remains of yesterday's roast pork, but marinaded in a stir fry sauce of my own creation, better than anything I've had in a packet. Nom nom.
