If I can't find an engine then it looks like the decision will be made for me.

Re: poorly kwak

It looks like a valve talk a walk and the rest is history. Mike says it's a broken valve head that's done the damage.

As I pulled up I clocked the young deer lying at his feet. By all accounts a car had hit the deer and carried on. The cyclist stopped to se...

Re: poorly kwak

Mike hasn't broken it up yet but he doesn't think there's anything he can use. Big end shells are gone.

Can't get these engines for any less than £1200 and that's when you can find one.

Re: poorly kwak

Mike says it wasn't a CCT failure but a broken valve head. He said that the valve looks longer than where the stem has broken.

I wonder if there's an issue with these engines?

Re: poorly kwak

Cheers.

I'm gutted. I've spent a lot of time and money on it. I've barely used it in the last 12 months while I've been tricking it up.

The engine is fooked.

Bollocks.

Time to scrap it. Engines for these are very hard to come across.

The Welsh Government have said no to the current deal as they think it's a risk to the taxpayer.

Re: Reasons not to go to Australia, part 24753

We've just booked Tokyo, so that's us skint. Plus we're doing the family Florida thing next year so that's 2017 taken out as well.

But never say never. I've decided that I'm better off worrying about the money I've spent and having a good time than I am worrying that I've never got any money.
