the second pic in blades post are the ones i use also. im sure that there are some great noise reducing ones that would drown out all the long distance bike/commuting noises but as i only ride on track i need to hear what the bike is doing, ive worn some ...

The Gen4 makes 180-185 in stock trim so with a full system and powercomamder I m thinking about 190 ish but all I know for sure is it's fooking quick.
