Re: Bike Insurance
Bewiser are fooking useless, seriously they shouldn't even be in the insurance market. Even if they were 10 pence a year I wouldn't use them. The guy doesn't even recognise Thatcham Category 1 which is an industry recognised standard, Doesn't know what an end can is, things a tail ...

... well paid gets to meet me every parent evening :) Perks, on face value they do get a lot of holidays, but I boarded with a family for a year when I was 15, and both parents were teachers at my school. I can tell you in my experience, they aren't on "holiday" during the majority ...

Basically I reapply after every wash [emoji12] And given this time of year with a lot of salt about depending on you riding frequency just common sense. Is if your bike is whited up plastered with salt then I'd give it ...

D6 I understand that feeling. I had a fox growl and follow me and my dog last year it put my dog off walking around the field in the mornings and she prefers just to go to the end of the road for her morning walk!

... http://indianautosblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/KTM-1190-Adventure.jpg I asked about taking the zzr1400 out as I'm tempted by one next year to replace the SX. However their new demo zzr isn't in and they've sold the old one. I'll do a review of the KTM tonight. Shortarses need not apply.

I paid £960 to have the R1 serviced and MOTd last year, including chain and sprocket and tyres. Done by a local race team, who did a superb job, including throttle body balancing and everything. Worth every penny. So much so, that I've done 600 miles ...

Very nice Andy. Didn't realise you was going for the new shape, great choice. Hope this year I will get to see it at one of our ride outs [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH]

... If I moved to Darwin I could but I'd still be on a roster of 12 hr days of some kind. But Darwin is like moving to a different country. I had a 5 year plan to come out here, get freehold and take up an easier onshore job, but that's all gone out the window with the separation. This platform has ...

Re: Who wants a visor wiper?
It's this time of year I struggle. Dirty water gets flicked up from the roads as a fine mist and accumulates as I ride to and from work. My the time I get into work the visor is filthy and wiping with my glove as a ride doesn't seem to do much

Where I live the closed pub is 5 km away up a 100km/hr zone road, with no verge to walk on. Plus being a single Dad now if I waited till I 'went out' I'd be having about 6 drinks a year.Kwacky wrote:It's very rare for me to drink in the house. I never have a hankering for it when I'm at home.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Hahaha. I'm going to stick on a 600 for at least another year yet. I've messaged someone local to me selling a 675r but not heard anything back yet. Was tempted with a zx6 but my thoughts are that when I get a litre bike it's likely to be a 4 stroke so I'll enjoy another triple while I can.
