Going to ring around will take it from there but the quotes I'm getting back they have doubled I was putting the accident in on the previous quotes and 0 ncb so not sure what's going off. Having a quick play around it does not like me having a litre bike and no ncb.

Backed the rebound and compression off a turn on the front today and oddly the rear feels so much better. Definitely getting quicker and getting a lot more feed back from the bike, especially in the slower corners. I arrived at the bottom of Itchy's Leap at about 120, at least 30mph ...

Talk about " clouds having silver linings " Fkkr1s, that sounds like a brilliant trip. Getting to ride a good cross section of bikes on a track that you'd started to familiarise yourself with, would make it far better than the usual trackday IMHO mate. Lucky you.! ...

Talk about "clouds having silver linings" Fkkr1s, that sounds like a brilliant trip. Getting to ride a good cross section of bikes on a track that you'd started to familiarise yourself with, would make it far better than the usual trackday IMHO mate.

Sooooo.....what's the general consensus on that?? I'm tending towards people getting more 'fickle'...everything has to be 'perfect'...opposed to the 'good old days' where you just accepted stuff as it was and made the best of it. I don't think quality control/development ...

... trickiest part is timing the cams in ,everything else is straightforward.It shouldn't be a problem for Mike If it was me I would consider getting a nice rebuild ,blue printing the engine and keeping it as your track hack

... with mine...except from excessive "interest" when I've been 'wanded', which is fun for Spinal Tap moments. Used to 'hurt' when it's getting ready to rain for some reason....can't explain it, it just aches a bit beforehand...the drop in pressure or something??

It goes both ways I suppose...there was a well publicized incident locally a few years ago where a driver claimed a rider caused her wreck with his car....her footage proved otherwise and the guy ended up getting 6 months for it.
