So today I went back to the gym and within 2 months (or so haha) of not going I am fat, officially!! A lot of work needs to go in to getting me to loose a stone back to orginal normal weight, I have eaten far too much and not excerised at all. But what worried me was when I was running after 35 mins...

I must admit I have some good gear, eg I have some goretex boots that cost an arm and leg but when you out them on you can tell they will hold up very well. But sometimes quailty isn't about how much you spend. I have some RST gear that isn't that expensive eg full leathers but they can't be too bad...

Don't really know what to say here but I guess the problem is none of us know quite how our equipment will hold up and we usually buy from price so I can understand how motorcyclists have a problem when it comes to some parts of equipment not holding up. But surely they all should be fit for purpose...

Rewatched and to be honest he was clearly going far too fast for the road conditions and place (looks like houses around the area) bend was far too sharp junction on that bend, hmmm wouldn't be posting that yo on FB in my honest opinion

Looked like he lost control, gained it again, realised it was a sharp bend but it was too late reactions went out the window saw where he was going to land and wished it was going to be a soft one! Far to fast but think we all go a little fast now and then, but this guy got caught out
