Re: What are you doing today ??

I like to have fun in the twisties dogbot so this time of year is rarely any good for my type of riding ;) Glad to hear you had a good ride though. Taking a 190bhp zx10r for a bimble in icy conditions is like taking a prime race horse to Blackpool beach to ride kids back and to down the sea ...

... depends on which shop and how much you're paying. I'm sure you can get a decent enough set of leathers for £300. Probably. I haven't seen one, though.

Trying to bumpstart a big twin is nigh on impossible, cav, though your theory is sound. Kingfixer, do you generally leave the bike parked up with low fuel? I don't on the whole but have over the winter months as its a plastic tank and i suspect that maybe ...

... Wonder if it just needs the error clearing. Will have to get the manual out and give it a read. The fuel sensors are a known issue with the Multi though. A known issue is a slight understatement Duke, I have had 4 no fuel sensors ( allegedly) and the last one packed up about a week after it was ...

Empty gym this evening so spent longer there than I should have. Good session though, mostly back and core. I really need to work on my pull ups though.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Rode it for the first time this year. Bit nippy and was only out for an hour but still a good feeling to be back on the bike.

Its seems the fuel sensor has packed up over winter though so need to make a phonecall this week.

Re: Run Flat Tyres

That does seem strange, both definitely rear pressures? It makes sense for the front as you would expect the 330 engine to be much heavier than the 318 hence the higher pressure needed but the rear??? Hang on though surely they're different size tyres which would go some way to explain?

Run Flat Tyres

... issued by Bridgestone says 50 psi :? The tyres are BMW specific for my car and are Bridgestone Potenza RE050A Rft. 51 psi seems very high and even though Bridgestone have made a BMW specific tyre it seems the two companies don't talk to each other and it's all pretty confusing for the end user. ...

Top Gear

I see they've announced the new presenters.

Looks like most boxes have been ticked - ginger, bloke, bird, white, Irish, black, Indian. No one with an obvious disability though

Never liked the show. I couldn't understand the cult (autocorrect?) following.
