Well after being out on a ride with Frankie and Jon today, I am now sat in my track day chair out the front of the garage catching the last of the sun before it disappears round the side of the house with a large bottle of Budweiser !!!!

Well, after a long wait, the finished item in the form of a new DVD arrived yesterday and I spent a pleasant evening watching 3 new never seen before epidodes and re-living my youth of 50 years ago.
Was it worth the wait? You bet.
Lets hope that a full new series gets commisioned.

Rode up to Stoke to grab a few hours out on the Multi DVT demo bike. As some may remember i had a few reservations when i rode it before as it didn't feel that fast. Since then i know Ducati have made a few changes to the mapping. The bike was a standard ( non Semi active suspenders) version. ...

... and either it's not quite as good fit as the old one or I hadn't fitted it on securely. Anyway it flipped off and I did a few pumps of the lever before I noticed. Brake cleaners was to hand and sprayed on straight away and the pads were out in less than 2 minutes flat before getting a good clean. ...

I reckon it's got at least another 2,500 miles in it, if not more
I'll take a look at the rear at the end of the month and decide if I need to change it before France, but that's got a lot of tread left in it.

I've got carbon ones on the zx6r which work IMO.

After bouncing the bar off my knees a couple of times I soon learned to slow down.
