carole nash is top of line, i'm with peter james as they give discount to vjmc members, good prices but apart from being helpful/ 'can do' i haven't had to put them to the test yet.

what a ball ache - just what you dread. So, in future, full comp insurance and protected ncb? or did you have full comp? I've had two incidents in the last two yrs, both with non UK drivers, luckily both were insured although one denied all guilt, fortunately for me even his own insurers didn't agre...

yes it was to record a possible incident, last time i was knocked off , by a car changing lanes without signalling, it would have been helpful to have a video record. seems like helmet mounting is best then plus a start to finish record. also greater capacity than a 32gb SD card. https://www.ebay.co...

i'm sure that this subject has appeared before, however i'd be grateful for advce
can anybody recemmend a camera at modest price that they are pleased with please?
is it best to helmet mount or fix to the bike and do i have to by a memory card separately?

got a phone call to say that i can take one of my bikes in for a full overhaul, great as it's well in need of attention so charging the battery and cleaning it later, glad i sent the garage guy an xmas card as that may have brought me up the queue a bit.

don't quite know how it works in the usa but i think we are moving to something semi privatised involving having insurance policies to cover illness.

if you can get to see a doctor, one of our girls was sick but couldn't get an appointment for 10 days with a doctor, in the end she saw some kind of empowered nurse who was allowed to give out prescriptions up to a certain level.

somehow a mcdonalds seems to me like a place you maybe drop in on a journey somewhere rather than a pleasant experience where you perhaps pick up the vibe of a place and experience a sense of having been somewhere different.
