Enjoying my kids as not seen them for nearly 3 weeks and to make things worse got to go to Florence, Italy for a weeks course departing this Sunday morning.

Well its that time of year when the old speedtriple could do with an oil change. Last time I changed it I used Mobil 1 Racing 4T fully syn, because thats what's recommended in the user Manuel (& at £42 for 4l). So was just wondering ...
