100% correct rider aids have made 1000cc bikes more accessible,most people started on a 600 and worked their way up

I think rider aids are helping sell 1000s. A lot of people used to work their way up to a one litre bike. There was always the talk of learning your craft as well as the fears of a highside from the bigger engine bikes Now you've got rider aids helping to mop up ...

Blade is spot on....WD40 is BAAAD for rubber...it will dry it out, at which point it will indeed swell....not in a good way, it just deteriorates to all hell....don't ask how I know this, as I've never ever used it to clean a hard to find rubber part/gasket....I'd never do that...
