They look very similar to Spada Enforcers (though perhaps a bit lighter). This is a good thing.

Re: What you watching?
Watched Trip to Italy with Rob Brydon and Steve Coogan last night. Both can be hard work to listen to at times though Coogan seems to have mellowed a bit in middle age. Worth it just for the scenery and the food they are eating. I so badly want to go and live there one day. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/travel/destinations/europe/italy/10744960/The-Trip-To-Italy-preview-Steve-Coogan-and-Rob-Brydon-eat-their-way-around-Italy.html" ...

You should be able to find one second hand pretty easily on ebay though. I'd suggest you don't use Motu l either ...

I'm thinking though that if you have an Open pit lane, you can pace yourself as there is no pressure to go out to use the time allotted to you. I think that every trackday i have been on, i have felt sometimes i wished that session ...

I think I managed to ride for about 3 miles this morning in lane 1 of the M6 without having to slow down. All of the other buggers were in lanes 2 and 3. One even flashed his lights at me. He didn't change lanes though.

I suppose my most inept and embarrassing incident happened at Lydden Hill racetrack, no high speed heroics though, all low speed stupidity. I was doing the first trackday after having a new hip fitted, so decided to drop down to inters for obvious reasons, after getting stopped ...

... I’m 21, and “a bit”. However the “bit” joke wore very thin after it’s 21st anniversary, and that was a long time ago. I am still 21 and a bit though :( I was born within the sound of the Bow Bells, making me a cockney by definition I guess. However I was moved about a lot as a child & ...

Shoulders and traps for me this morning. High rep work was painful. The sort of pain you get that just won't go away, even if you leave your arms by your side and lift nothing.
Especially if you leave your arms by your side!
But it was good. Legs tomorrow though...
