... Casein Protein - Only used PhD Casein Peptide and that was brilliant, would definitely use again!! The creatine I'm trying is MyProtein and I'm sure it will be fine. I'm going to cycle it on alternate weeks to pre-workout. I might start another thread and post before/after shots..

We have laws to supposedly mean we have a decent society in which we all would wish to live where there are rules to make sure that their are standards to live by.
Laws generally i would say are there to protect the majority from a minority who would abuse it.
