... any more satisfying as a result. My passport lives in a folder somewhere amongst other folders.. I do not see it day to day and I can honestly say that the colour of the cover does not bother me in the slightest, let alone affect my daily living standard. Spend the money on NHS staff and policing ...

Re: The new improved fitness thread

... looking to do it within 20-30 minutes of completing the exercise. I forgot not everyone knows this stuff, I just take it as a given. Typically I say between 15-45 minutes though. Also if you are feeling a little giddy, chocolate is your friend

Re: The new improved fitness thread

... get more used to the exercise it takes less time to recover, but then you push harder so it never actually gets easier. Like kwacky and cav both say, some kind of cross training may help boost up your fitness and speed the recovery. Cycling is good as it not only removes the impact on joints ...

"London Has Fallen".

Sad news indeed....but maybe not - not if Gerard Butler has any say in the matter!!

Stunning script BTW...."That car is bulletproof - not politician-proof!!"

Re: New Kawasaki Supercharged bike

Just what we need. A top speed / power race between the Busa and kwack again (rock) bring it on I say, awesome (y)

Fook the dolpin bumming, tree hugging greenies (devil) the only greenies I like are 1.4 litre forced induction Kawasaki's.

Who needs breathable air anyway (blush)
