Really enjoy the training aspect of it i know i did. When the instructor asks why you did something have an answer for it they want to hear about your thought process. Good luck with it all, looking forward to hearing all about it over the next X amount of months

Realised that when the builders start on the kitchen next week the bike will have to move. So I built it a new parking spot with some left over patio slabs.

... I will do a pre-work session, mainly upper body/arms but a kicker in the middle of Stairmaster 1 min> Lunge walk for 15 mins. Then get hold of next weeks program.

Got home early so decided to finishing bleeding the new front brake lines on the 748. Now got a very nice firm lever and felt pleased with myself.

Might have a go at the Multi next as the lever use as firm and it has to go in for a recall for the Brembo m/c anyway.

... lost my horse (20 mins fast walking to loosen up a bit so I went to J&S and back) I blame the seat on that spin bike, my trainer was on the next bike and couldn't stay sat on it, said I must have an arse of steel...
