Maybe we could lead the procession from Jack’s house, let the head car take over then we could lead the last mile into the crematorium if the family are happy with that.
Be nice to see him off from his home.

That's a fantastic honour. I hope you boys give him a good send off, I sadly can't get the time off so will have to be there in spirit.

Re: Work
I won a new client today. I did some work with a broker on another case and I obviously impressed him. They're a very specialised broker and their clients are pretty big. It's only one case but hopefully there's more work to follow.

I had about 120 miles around North Yorkshire with Gaz and found a nice little cafe for a snack before we headed home to beat the rain.
We also found a camera van hidden behind a bush, he saw us way before we saw him, sneaky...

... fit that system rather than let people be themselves. This didn't use to be the case. My 30 yo BiL is severely autistic but they wouldn't diagnose him for several years because they "didn't like to label".... the flipside of that was it made support impossible due to a lack of diagnosis. ...

Re: What ails you today?
Nice one mate, and good on her for doing it. James understanding of his conditions had helped him accept it and learn to live alongside them. From my own diagnosis of dyslexia many years ago, I don't feel like I have been pigeon holed and if I have those people don't really ...

Re: What ails you today?
Our son Alex went thru this a lot time ago. As you say it doesn’t have to pigeon hole anything but it does help him understand why he does things his own way sometimes rather than just doing things the way most others do. Our system loves to make individuals fit that system rather ...

Re: Jack's Updates
I was a bit emotional when I left, he'd mentioned a future meet which surprised me but I didn't imagine I'd get to meet him again. I'm just glad he enjoyed himself, even if it would have taken its toll on him.

He’s over riding as usual.
Too much. Needs a penalty to calm him down.
How about Zarco? What a last lap!

Watching 'Murder Of The Day' on the news. Get this....a 17 year old boy, waiting at the kerb for his mom to pick him up, when a 30-ish man wielding a very large Kukri walks up and stabs him to death.... thankfully just out of screenshot (or I suspect the shot has been manipulated ...

Re: Reasons not to go to Australia, part 24753
My mate is currently applying for Australian citizenship.
He's filled in all the forms, and met the required criteria ,,,,, except that he failed his examination test on the section about Aboriginal Music.
I asked him.: " Didja redo it ?"

... a few walkers past quietly, "saw what I was up to" then this prick with his dog, which was not on a lead and obviously miles behind him, started to clap and shout right next to me. Needless to say the bird flew off.... What a tosser. I believe a rude word came out of my mouth, and ...

My lad was forever bouncing off things or having things bounce off him. Thankfully they're pretty robust at that age. A&E will soon sort him out.
