Yep - RTA Insurers. I get paid, the car insurers try and get the money back from the owner.

Rang up my bank today to see about my money that got swallowed up from a cash point. They haven't even looked into it, so I told them I was very disappointed and upset about it and annoyed. They gave me the credit straight away after 2 weeks of waiting!! They will investigate ...

I did worry about that, fortunately the wind at home won’t hitting much above 20mph, and even the the bikes are placed under a foliage covered pergola built on 6”x6” uprights that’s in the lee of our neighbours house.
They’re about as safe as I can make them.
