I have been treated to amazing food everyday by incredible chefs I get home I was awake by 0530 and what I have is a banana for breakie haha!! Prob good mind as I'm sure I've added easily half a stone maybe more from holiday haha!!

Wife has gone out so meatballs and pasta for me. I got home late and couldn't be bothered to cook.

Couldn't be bothered to cook tonight, so we've had Chinese omelettes...you know, those huge mad egg concoctions made in Chinese chip shops!!!
