So jumping straight into 4 sets of 16 squats, despite there only being 40kg on my back, probably wasn't the best idea. My frail old body likes to reject high-volume squats the only way it knows how, by puking! Didn't ...

The SX would have mopped it up but it's larger, heavier and fully faired so there's no surprise they act so differently. ...

... Pikes Peak recommended. It is the one thing I check and set every pre-ride. I would have thought that is due to the extra weight of the bike and being so tall - there's bound to be a lot of weight transfer and you wouldn't want the front tyre carcass collapsing. Yup thats what I gathered too, ...

The older I get, the less faith I have in the mainstream medical profession. I got a course of steroids for laryngitis, which was caused from being intubated badly during my skin cancer/skin graft surgery. It smashed me around mentally too. It wasn't till I went back to my own doctor thinking ...

College this morning and I've come for a nice ride out in this lovely sunshine. Perks of being unemployed, hey? Stopped at Rutland Water and just having coffee and cake in Oakham. Yep, I got a cracking deal. That's the last one they've got at the dealers, hence it being white. Fly screen, rear seat cowl, side pods, side crash protection, tail tidy, arrow can and some other little bits and pieces all thrown in for way below the RRP of £8,200. ...
