... the 535d and they said its not been released yet. The current top diesel is the 530d and BMW are watching what happens with government policy before they commit to making another high powered diesel model in the line up.

... I've gone for a motobatt, Yuasa have served me well but the advertised 20% extra CCA and a 2 year warrenty is appealing. Lets hope it arrives before next Sunday and the bike "just works" after that,

... bloody brilliant. DOMs last for about half a day and I gain an extra training day every week meaning that I can hit legs or cardio more often than before. Football yesterday (in the snow I might add) and I did incline sprints, shoulders and core this morning. Feeling very good at the moment

Soup was a roaring success (lol) but at 2.5 hours effort it should be (wasntme)

I found some Christmas cake I had forgot about when cleaning out cupboards today. Poured a shot of brandy or three in there and left it to soak it up before I scoff the lot for pudding tonight :P

... to Brisbane instead and in a flea bitten hotel then catch my connection to Sydney early tomorrow morning. I'll barely have time to get groceries before the kids get off the school bus and I'll be into full time dad mode. Not to mention I should be getting laid right about now.
