Re: Pitty Patter - our racing blog 2014

Yep, that was my first off (on the track) I don't think you can ever predict how you'll feel after one but had no confidence issues at all after completing the warm up lap for race 1 on Sunday thankfully. In fact I put in my fastest ever laps after the off (rock) It was a weird off, the front just l...

Re: Mallory Bike Bonanza

I've just had confirmation that Team Pitty's will be attending this event on the Sunday along with event sponsors ERIKS, who also sponsor us as a team too. We are likely to be set up in the ERIKS camping area on the outside of the circuit beside the Stebbe straight. A crossing point is apparently go...

Re: Thundersport GB - Oulton Park

Haha thats awesome mate (rock)

Really glad you enjoyed the day, you're right about the standard of the kit in the Thundersport padfock, you'll often find BSB riders amongst our ranks too (as there were this weekend).

Re: The Isle of Man TT thread

I've just read that John Ingram came off at Governers but is said to be ok. A bit late to be posting to this, but just to give you all an update on this one .... John did come off coming out of Governers on the first lap, he was trying hard to make up time on this section to get more pace through t...

Re: Thundersport GB - Round 3 Race Report - Snetterton

I suppose it can be a bit daunting hurtling into a corner with 10 bikes trying to occupy the same spot as you as well as those in front and those behind. Ive found a lot of things in this racing lark a huge challenge, but am knocking them down one at a time, most, if not all of them are about confi...

Re: Pitty Patter - our racing blog 2014

It'll be ace to see you all at Oulton, its only a Friday (testing) and Saturday (racing) event so always a bit hectic, add that to it being a birthday celebration weekend so there will be extra cake (^) Oulton is a big challenge to race, as I discovered last year, but Im a vastly different rider to ...

Re: Thundersport GB - Round 3 Race Report - Snetterton

Sntterton sounds like a ball ache with that horrible corner after the massive straight. Top work on dropping 5 seconds, that's very impressive. So what's happening on the first corner to see you get crowded out? I know you always have a flying start. Cheers kwacky (handshake) We're very pleased wit...

Thundersport GB - Round 3 Race Report - Snetterton

Thundersport GB Round 3 – Snetterton 200 – 3-5 May 2014 It’s the other long haul race for us driving from Bury (taking 5 hours each way, not helped by the seemingly permanent road works on the A11). This was also one of last year’s bogey tracks for me, where I notched up my only DNF to date (A very...
